Six workshop areas under one roof.

Every area is designed for real work — not display. Tools are maintained, organized, and available to all members.

Auto Repair Bay

2-post lift, air compressor, floor jack, diagnostic tools. Change your own oil, do your own brakes, or tackle bigger jobs — without the dealer markup.

Wood Shop

Table saw, bandsaw, jointer, planer, router table, and dust collection. Build furniture, cabinetry, home projects, or one-of-a-kind pieces.

Metal Shop

MIG/TIG welder, plasma cutter, angle grinders, chop saw, and drill press. Fabricate, repair, and create in steel, aluminum, and more.

Electronics Lab

Soldering stations, oscilloscopes, bench power supplies, and microcontrollers. Prototype circuits, repair electronics, and build Arduino or Raspberry Pi projects.

Crafting Studio

Sewing machines, embroidery machine, Cricut cutters, jewelry bench, and cutting tables. A dedicated space for textile arts, wearables, and handcraft.

FDM and resin printers, a full-size laser cutter, and vinyl cutting. Design it, print it, cut it — from prototype to finished product.

Monthly membership dues cover rent, utilities, insurance, and consumables. Every member knows exactly where their money goes — costs are posted transparently each month.

No scheduling required for most equipment. Show up when you want, work as long as you need. A smart lock system keeps access secure and logged.

Is this open yet?
Not yet. We're in the validation phase — collecting waitlist signups before signing a lease. We want to confirm real demand before committing to a space. If enough founding members sign up, we move fast.
Where in Toledo will it be?
We're evaluating industrial and commercial spaces across Toledo, with a preference for the east side and industrial corridors where affordable bay space is available. Waitlist members will vote on finalists.
What does "founding member" mean?
Founding members shape the space. You get priority on project storage allocation, input on equipment purchases, and a voice in how dues are set. Dues are based on actual costs — rent, utilities, insurance, and consumables — split transparently across all members.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Membership is month-to-month. We ask for 30 days notice before canceling so we can manage the budget. There's no enrollment fee or buyout clause.
How do I get in after hours?
The space uses a smart keypad lock system. Every member gets a unique access code. Entry is logged for security purposes. There's no staffed front desk — you come and go on your own schedule.
What about safety for dangerous equipment?
Certain equipment (table saw, welder, plasma cutter, lift) requires a one-time orientation before use. Orientations are done by experienced members and logged. Using restricted equipment without clearance results in membership review. Safety gear is provided for all hazardous areas.
Is there a minimum number of members to open?
Yes — we need a small group of founding members before we sign a lease. This ensures dues cover fixed costs from day one without relying on future growth. We'd rather open small and solid than overextend.
